Because of this, all payments for paid plans are strictly non-refundable. Once you upgrade to a paid subscription, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
At our discretion, we may grant a refund if you contact us within 24 hours of your payment or renewal. These exceptions are typically limited to accidental payments or forgotten renewals. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be considered.
If your phone number is banned due to violations of WhatsApp’s anti-spam policies, no refunds will be provided. Using Digital Bridge or the WhatsApp API for spam, unsolicited messaging, invalid business documentation, non-compliant website URLs, or any actions violating WhatsApp’s terms is entirely at your own risk. Such violations may result in account restrictions or bans, for which Digital Bridge assumes no responsibility and offers no refunds.
